Cincinnati Fire Watch
Cincinnati Fire Watch provides 24/7 fire watch and security guard services for commercial properties, construction sites, and hot work operations across Greater Cincinnati. I developed the brand identity and WordPress website, with a focus on local search visibility, clear service information, and quote requests from facility managers and construction supervisors.
My Role

The Work
The project started with a full brand and website build. I created a logo, color system, and typography, then organized the WordPress site around three service lines: Commercial, Construction, and Hot Work Fire Watch. Each service has a dedicated page addressing its audience and operational needs.
The local search structure includes service area content for Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties. This connects the company’s services to the locations it serves and gives visitors a direct way to assess coverage.
Service content explains guard duties and patrol protocols, references the Ohio Fire Code, and links to official regulatory documentation. Google reviews and a quote request flow support the path from researching a provider to making an inquiry.
The Outcome
The completed site brings the brand, service information, local coverage, and quote requests into one customer-facing platform. At the time of the original case study, the site held the No. 1 organic position for its primary local search term without paid advertising spend.
