Traffic Pros LLC provides certified traffic control, flagging, and equipment rentals across the tri-state service area — Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. A professional, B2B-facing web presence was essential for a company competing for construction, industrial, and event contracts where credibility and local visibility directly drive quote requests.
The Work
Traffic Pros needed more than a basic service-business website. I built the WordPress site around three core service lines—traffic control and flagging, event and facility traffic management, and equipment rentals—with dedicated regional content for Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana.
The structure gives each service and market a clear place in the site rather than forcing everything through a single generic services page. Consistent page templates, strong internal linking, location-specific content, and clear quote paths support both local search visibility and conversion without making the site difficult to maintain.
The project also expanded beyond marketing. Traffic Pros manages employee assignments through Google Sheets, so I built a custom WordPress jobs board around their existing workflow rather than asking the team to maintain the same information in two systems. Schedule data from the sheet is transformed into a responsive, color-coded employee job list containing dates, positions, locations, times, status information, and operational notes.
The result is a site that serves two roles: a customer-facing lead-generation platform and a practical tool Traffic Pros uses to support day-to-day operations.
